“The Black Pearl consists of a rough, roguish crew of carefree pirates who like nothing better than to swill back a couple pints and then crush the spirits of other Dragonboat teams as we fly past them down the Rideau.   "Surrender the Booty" is the Pearl's slogan and we raise money individually and through team activities such as 50/50 draws, carwashes and a playoff hockey pool.”
